California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

1/4 C Mayo 3 Cloves Garlic minced 1 T Lemon Juice 1/8 C Olive Oil 1 C sliced Red Bell Pepper 1 small Zucchini sliced 1 Red Onion 1 small Yellow Squash 2 (4x6 inch) Foccacia Bread slices 1/2 C crumbled Feta Cheese Directions In small bowl mix mayo, garlic & lemon juice. Set aside. Saute veggies in olive oil on stove top or on grill. Spread sauce on bread and sprinkle with feta cheese. Place on grill or in oven. Add veggies to sandwich and serve.
