Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back pork ribs
- 1 heaping cup of bbq sauce
- 12 ounces Dr Pepper
Instructions
Remove the sinew from the ribs (it's the white slimey stuff that looks like skin on the back part of the ribs). Use a knife to pull up the edge, and then use your fingers to pull it off.
Cut the ribs so that they easily fit into your slow cooker (it doesn't matter how big or small you make them).
Place them into the slow cooker and drizzle the bbq sauce over top and then pour the Dr Pepper in.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is falling off of the bone.
Serve with additional bbq sauce if you'd like. Either way, they're good!
